Exploring Work-Based Learning Opportunities & Career-Connected Programming
This webinar explores the myriad of work-based learning opportunities, career-connected programs, and apprenticeships available in New York City schools. This session is dedicated to highlighting the various paths available for students with disabilities and how they plan a role in transition planning as they prepare for life beyond high school. During this 60-minute webinar, participants will gain an understanding of the various programs and how they can be accessed by students with disabilities, including programs such as Career and Technical Education (CTE), FutureReadyNYC (FRNYC), Career Readiness and Modern Youth Apprenticeship (CRMYA), Work, Learn, Grow (WLG) and the Training Opportunities Program (TOP).
