Our comments discuss the proposed definition of “out-of-school suspension rate” as well as the State’s method for calculating chronic absenteeism.

    AFC представила этот официальный документ на национальной конференции Совета родительских адвокатов и адвокатов (COPAA) в 2018 году. В нем обсуждаются подходы, которые направлены на позитивную поддержку учащихся, улучшение школьного климата и сокращение отстранений, обращений в правоохранительные органы и необоснованных переводов в отделение неотложной психиатрической помощи. В документе также обсуждаются стратегии по устранению конвейера из школы в тюрьму и несопоставимое воздействие на учащихся с ограниченными возможностями и цветных учащихся, включая совместную работу со школьными округами и населенными пунктами, пропаганду изменения законов и судебные разбирательства.
