Am I eligible for services?

We provide free, expert advice and information to all Helpline callers. In addition, our experienced education specialists and attorneys provide free legal representation to families from low-income backgrounds to protect their child's education-related rights and obtain needed support. You can read the stories of some of the students AFC has helped.

Advocates for Children also offers free trainings and workshops and know-your-rights guides and resources on a variety of education topics so that parents, students, and professionals can solve problems and better advocate for themselves. Please click on the links for more information.

AFC does not consider immigration status when deciding whether to help you.
