BronxNet | Kibin Alleyne is joined by Marcia Flores, the Education Partnerships Manager at Advocates For Children of New York, to discuss the alarming numbers of students in NYC who are facing homelessness. Advocates for Children of New York released data indicating that around one in nine New York City students experienced homelessness this year. Although there may be several contributing factors, student homelessness remains a long-standing problem in our city: this academic year marked the eighth consecutive year in which over 100,000 public school students were identified as homeless. 看视频
