AFC Testifies on Foundation Aid Formula

Today, AFC is providing a public comment for the Rockefeller Institute Public Hearing on the New York State Foundation Aid formula. The formula includes outdated measures of need and has not kept pace with growing costs. We encourage the State to focus on equity and ensure that school districts have the funds needed to provide a high-quality education to the students who need the most support.
