AFC Submits Comments Regarding Proposed Changes to Head Start
AFC submitted comments expressing our deep concerns about proposed changes to federal Head Start regulations that would diminish access and quality of programming for children, including children with disabilities, children who are homeless or in foster care, and emergent multilingual learners.
