City officials launch $67.5M expansion for preschool special education
뉴욕1 | Earlier this month, city officials announced a $67 million investment for preschool special education.
This will open programs in every borough aimed at helping students with Individualized Education Plans, or IEPs. City officials said it will set up students for success from the beginning of their education.
Betty Baez Melo, the director of the early childhood education project at Advocates for Children of New York, joined “The Rush Hour” on Tuesday to talk about how this funding will impact families in the city.
