Orquiria, une m\u00e8re de deux \u00e9l\u00e8ves des \u00e9coles publiques de la ville qui apprennent l'anglais dans le Bronx, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que les retards dans la r\u00e9ception des iPad de la ville et la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre comment acc\u00e9der aux cours virtuels avaient contribu\u00e9 aux absences fr\u00e9quentes de ses enfants l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<\/p>
