10.16.2019 | La Ville | Sept organisations d'int\u00e9r\u00eat public ont adress\u00e9 mardi une lettre aux hauts responsables de l'\u00e9ducation, accusant le d\u00e9partement de ne pas avoir rempli ses obligations depuis des ann\u00e9es en ce qui concerne le traitement des plaintes relatives \u00e0 l'\u00e9ducation sp\u00e9ciale.<\/p>

L'incapacit\u00e9 du service d'\u00e9ducation de la ville \u00e0 respecter les d\u00e9lais l\u00e9gaux pour r\u00e9soudre les plaintes d\u00e9pos\u00e9es par les familles d'\u00e9l\u00e8ves en situation de handicap cause \u201c un pr\u00e9judice mat\u00e9riel et d\u00e9montrable \u201d et n\u00e9cessite une solution imm\u00e9diate, selon les d\u00e9fenseurs. Le groupe exige une r\u00e9union avec les responsables de l'\u00e9ducation de l'\u00c9tat et de la ville pour susciter une \u201c action imm\u00e9diate \u201d afin de r\u00e9soudre la crise.<\/p>
