LIH v. Board of Education

In the summer of 2000, AFC obtained a preliminary injunction directing the Department to implement provisions of the federal law protecting the rights of special education students with disabilities during summer school.

This case was pending in federal court for the Eastern District of New York. It was settled shortly after the PI was issued.
